Your EV Charger needs to be installed by a qualified electrician with the training to install your chosen EV Charger. EVIG has qualified service partners with correctly trained electricians to support your installation needs.
The usual customer journey is:-
This really depends upon the electrical Vehicle battery size and the kW size of the EV charger you have chosen. For instance the Audi e-Tron 55 has a 95kWh battery and with an 11kW EV Charger takes 9 hours to fully charge the battery, with a 22kW EV Charger it takes about 4.5 hours. However if you will charge your car typically overnight the 11kW EV Charger is the best option.
